Re: Great Lost Tracks - An Everyday Series
Saturday 21st July...
1300 hrs...
1980.....
A callow youth approaches the bar of 'The 1066 Lounge' and asks for a currently fashionable lager.
The stripper makes an entrance from behind the jukebox at the end of the postage-stamp dancefloor just to the right of the gents (or her dressing-room).
The callow 18-year-old youth is immediately priapic - just as he was when he read that article about crop-rotation in the Upper Volta last week .
The stripper is v skinny and angular.
She barely fills the once-sparkly bikini and is fighting a war of attrition against a well-worn pair of hold-ups that wont.
The lager is horribly fizzy/chemical-tasting.
The stripper is either wearing very daring hosiery or she has a bad case of fireside tartan.
A big, dumb-ugly lookin cunt standin beside the callow youth noisily drops his guts and triumphantly exclaims
"Toap that ya cunt!!!"
Meanwhile...
In Brown Furry-Land...
Bald, coked-up, Peruvian prossies are harvested at will by a plethora of pulchitrudinous playboys grown fat an a surfeit of gold lahm-ay and unquestioning adulation from people who should really be old enough to know better.
Probably

Re: Great Lost Tracks - An Everyday Series
Tuesday 21st July...
...2009.
A decidedly uncallow 47-year-old sits (again) at a vacantly glowing screen and is mesmerised.
And a bit pissed.
Another track bearing the name "Over You" is played....
The uncallow youth is immediately pathetic.
Life's funny like that innit.
Not "Ha-Ha" obviously but...

Re: Great Lost Tracks - An Everyday Series
How "Alt" can Alt-Glam get???
Y'know...
...next to the late, lamented (only by me, granted) 'Reindeer' smiley ...
I think that..
" "
...is prolly my favourite smiley ever
Cheers Crownybhoy!!!
Incidentally...
Why-oh-why-oh-why...
a. Did the BBC allow Lulu to conduct that horrendously clunky pre-performance interview???
b. Was Lynn Paul considered the 'sexy' one in the N.S.'s?
c. ...When Perth-born Eve Graham was patently a Venusian shagpot of the first order... tailor-made for callow yooves already driven to the limits of sexual distraction by this month's edition of Practical Woodworking.
It's an enigma wrapped in a riddle covered in a Twix wrapper and tucked away behind that pile of newspapers in the spare room that you never quite got round to sorting out.
Hmmmm
Who could possibly solve such a conundrum???

Fuschia-heads!!!
"If the least you can do is show some restraint;then the most you can do is get carried away"
Good motto for life that I reckon
Sorry
I know
One sleep to Wickerman... I'm a little over-excited

Tuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuune! Any chance of sending it my way please?
Two excellent sets of of drunken postings Mr Green, some of the tunes were dodgy but the prose was top notch. Much better than mo's review of the New York Shits, very poor effort that was, don't tell him though.
Immo's my hero.
Get in quick before I crash.
