I lost a shedload of weight a couple of summers back when I flipped out for a bit.

Six-week toast and whisky diet did it.

Don't eat anything like as much as I used to now so it hasn't really gone back on and I always lose a bit during the holidays anyway.

If I go under 13 stone I'll do a nice topless avatar for ya
