I'll take the BB download if you're offering, Herr Licker.

I see "please" hasn't permeated to the non ging-herr hoopy weirdo supporters.

Get over it you pompous cunt. Please.

Oh right, courtesy is perceived as pomposity down Rutherglen way is it, I'll remember that? Fucking twat. Very Happy

Some woman I know saw my brother (who's a cunt and has just moved close by so he can bother me I think) and she told him she'd seen me at the music festival the other week. He said "did he speak to you or walk by with his nose in the air and an arrogant look on his face?" She said the latter. I was so proud. Very Happy

OI !!!!!!! Swearing

Rules

Fifteen posts on a music thread yields...

Two music clips...

... plus thirteen pages of general chit-chat and Baldy 's ridiculous attempts at chatting up the good Doctor O. No Laughing Very Happy

It's not good enough I tell ya!! Evil or Very Mad

Now I'm forced to post this wee belter that tickled the old nostalgia receptors when I was having a spring-clean recently...

It's got a lovely wee riff that introduces it and carries on throughout. It's like the clockwork mechanism of a perfect wee tinplate toy robot.

Mind - that could just be me Laughing

That last animation would've been much better if they'd replaced all those pictures of the fun for all the family (all the dull ones anyway Rolling Eyes ) board game "Life" with a different representation of the word.

Sure I've put this up before

But I'm working on the "still three shots to go before you reach Crownybhoy's shameful recidivism in the matter of repeat posts (17) of the same track (Elvis Costello - Alison; The Filthy Barmaid)" rule.

I reckon I've still got three (or four) left on this one Very Happy

Ten posts... full of vitamins, pop-goodness and random shite.

Hoops guaranteed a Europa place.

All is safely gathered in.

All that is required is the big finish.

Fuckin love this fillum. Champion

(Crown will hate it. No Prolly dead Truffauty and gauche and obvious and not foreign enough Very Happy )

(Just) Jack plays the son of a mute, vegetative father whose offspring (Jack included) are all classical music prodigies/professional musicians.

Due to chronic cussedness, Jack gets a job on the oil fields and goes prodigal on their Bach-obsessed asses.

The action really starts when he shows up to a family reunion with his new wife
(Karen Black - fuckking brilliant she is an'all cheers )

But the finish (as they drive home) is the best ever.

Anybody with a functioning cerebral cortex has guessed what's gonna happen from about 15 minutes in, but it still looks fantastic.

(That Susan Anspach din't half stink the place out tho Shocked No )

EDIT

WARNING.

SOME OF THE PREVIOUS SCENES MAY CONTAIN IMAGES OF HUSBANDS HANDING OVER BULGING WALLETS TO THEIR WIFE. THOSE OF A NERVOUS DISPOSITION SHOULD REFRAIN FROM VIEWING THE PREVIOUS SC...

Bip... bip... bip...bip... bip-beeeeeep.

And, as the last few corpses lie rotting on the slithey Thorogood...

After your Tony Prince (1800-2000) and your Emperor Rosko (2000-2200).

Past the Peter Stuyvesant Top 20 (2200-2300).

Beyond even the late-night Canadian whisperings of Bob Stewart (2300-0100)

Fab 208 takes you beyond the realms of UK broadcasting legislation with ...

Jensen's Dimensions (0100 - Waking up at 4 with a sweaty ear plastered to a cheap Japanese transistor radio)

A bit like the God-like Stuart Maconie's 'Freak Zone' show, Sundays on R6 (1730 - 2000)

But for people who would have the garlic mushrooms with chopped parsley as a starter.

Without the garlic.

And the mushrooms.

And don't chop the parsley too much.

Is nobody lighting a joss-stick?? Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes Evil or Very Mad

Free lysergic acid diethylamide for all !!! Swearing Swearing

Especially bus-drivers!!!

..was one of the policies that drove the final nail into the coffin of the Wilson government (*). The Transport Secretary resigned immediately and several old ladies had to suffer the indignity of being wrong-footed by throttle-happy drivers, spilled across the central aisle surrounded by their purchases and then spoken to (in a patronising fashion) by a driver with his cap on back-to-front and spirals where his eyes should be.

It was a bleak time in British political history. No

And the clock has beaten us again...

We have one last track to play... a special request from all the loonies (without the 'ironic' parentheses of course Rolling Eyes Laughing ) on the SF board...

This is David (Don't call me 'Kid') Jensen saying goodnight from the Grand Dutchie Spliff of Lux-ohm-boorgh, Fab 208...

(...my street, Scotland, UK, The World, The Cosmos, The Hyooniverse. Shocked Crying or Very sad )

..with a special reminder to our 'Scawdish lissners' to get their sweaty ear off the plasterer's radio... or something like that.
