It's the effortless swing and movement in the performance... almost off-hand.

Like it was something they were born knowing how to do and just had to wait for the zeitgeist to catch up with them.

And John's voice of course.

The full-throated roar of a young man with the world at his feet at 2.07 and the involuntary hiccup just afterwards (2.11-ish) where he nearly steers the thing off the road and into the ravine he gets so excited.

Works for me! Very Happy

Brian's pipes aint what they were on this clip. Sad

But the sparkle's in the writing and the arrangement here - not the performance.

Easily the equivalent of anything that forms part of the Western classical canon. Twisted Evil Champion

Take it up with ole Lenny B if'n ya don't like it. Twisted Evil Very Happy

Disappointing currency news for those travelling abroad. Crying or Very sad

Apparently the mickle is faring very poorly against the muckle in the exchange rates. Sad
