Are you related to the Jags mascot, perchance? There's a facial similarity.

Re: Been Through Some Tough times of Late
Middle aged? Speak for yourself, James, two surgeons and a nurse commented on my young age.
While shaving my chest pre-op, the orderly (is that the correct term?) decided he wanted to go into business with me, it was a most strange conversation.
Regardless of my constant moaning and assertions that all doctors are wrong-uns (which they are, or they wouldn’t inject you with poisonous vaccines and prescribe drugs for big-pharma kickbacks) the care they showed me was wonderful, especially the pacing technician who despite announcing to the operating team I’m renowned for being taciturn (she meant miserable), quickly re-arranged my op date, is lovely, and doesn’t deserve a shit patient like me.
I like being stuck with needles for some reason. Sharp scratch......
They put me in a single room, probably to stop me moaning:

Put you in a single room to stop you taking pics of the nurses you dirty beast
I might have a couple of holiday snaps for you crown, maybe have summoned up the energy to send you them by christmas
Talking of pharmaceuticals, I've given in and started taking supplementary vitamins. Went for Vit B Complex though I suspect Thiamine should have been the right move

Re: Been Through Some Tough times of Late
Shocking calumny, James, I'm an utter gent.
Go on, tease these photos you'll never post, were they in god's own city of Glasgow?
What will you gain from taking the supplements, mate? And have you considered masturbating less instead?

Spanish bud, went to Alicante and visited the Museum of Modern Art. No pics from there which is probably a godsend but a couple of interesting snaps from the city which you might enjoy
Tonight's not the night though

Re: Been Through Some Tough times of Late
Oooooh urban shots, yes please. I'm visiting Notts, Wakefield & Durham over the next 10 days, photos from which will interest you not. I'm tempted to carry on to god's own city from Durham and show the baldy fella the back of my hand and let him buy me lunch, but don't think I could stand his hubris.
Are you sure the vitamins aren’t to suppress your foot fetish, James?
Let us know what supplements you decide to take, the dosage and if they work for you, please.

After shooting footage yesterday:
Sunderland was nipped into for lunch, and it’s still a shit hole, just like Falkirk:
But the retro station is beautiful, I love canopies:
I won't hold my breath for you to reciprocate, James.

Some views over Notts:
The three sets of flood lights are Notts County (ra, ra, ra), Forest and Trent Bridge:
Carrington Street:
Nottingham Castle:
From left to right, the white building with the mast is the Newton Building (university), the spire belongs to St Peter’s Church and the dome is Council House in slab square and we all know about Notts Council don’t we?:
The yellow and green building is Nottingham Contemporary:
This is a bonus foot picture for you James (They’re not piss stains before you start, it had been raining). It’s resting on a pieces of art called “Taste of Stone” by Otobong Nkanga, which gallery goers were encouraged to” walk on and explore”:
And here’s the whole piece:

Re: Been Through Some Tough times of Late
Finished running around, so here are the rest of the photos.
York: Didn’t realise how affluent York is and how posh it perceives itself to be. The politeness of everyone was prominent, it was most pleasing, manners maketh man after all.
Was having a drink before catching the return train when two gay cyclists joined me and we had a convivial chat. I gave them Mo’s number.
Castle museum and court:
Looking Across River Ouse to King's Staith:
Leeds: Huge fan of Leeds and it was a nice surprise to be called the night before to ask if I wanted to go the next day. Of course I did, who doesn’t want to visit Leeds? Travelling first class was a nice touch too.
No gay cyclist encounter, but did stumble upon this very nice piece of urban decay.
Brotherton House, St Paul’s Street:
And the brutal beauty of the old British Gas Offices on New York Road:
London: Ah London, the love of my life, but it becomes more sterile and uninteresting each day. Hmm, didn’t take any architecture photos so here are a couple of shots from the “Champagne Living” exhibition at Saatchi.
Anne Speier- "Observing a Conversation"
Stephanie Quayle - "Two Cows"
Wakefield: A spot of poor planning, YSP had the same exhibitions on as when visited a few months ago. Nevermind, here’s Not Vital - “Pelvis”:
From YSP it was a short drive to Hepworth Wakefield. Hepworth is one of my favourite galleries, but it was too busy, the normal lovely gallery staff seem to have been replaced and the exhibition was poor.
Didn’t go into town as I was demoralised by the lack of imagination on show, went straight back to the car and drove home muttering to myself.
David Medalla exhibition:
Helen Marten exhibition:
If you behave yourselves I may post some photos of my shed being cut in half and lengthened by the beast and I. Well, it was mostly the beast, I made tea and complained about blisters.

Re: Been Through Some Tough times of Late
Not sure the vitamin B complex was making any difference, mainly because I keep forgetting to take the fucking things. Threw in some calcium/vit D efforts as well but I feel no different crown
Anyways here's a couple of holiday snaps, they're pretty gash tbh, though I was quite taken by this
Here's a fuckin tree

There’s no need to judge others by your base standards, young man.
Anyway, your time would be better spent looking in your diary rather than being rude towards your better.
Blimey, James, you managed it, good stuff. The sculpture is “El regreso de Ícaro con su ala de surf” (The Return of Icarus with his Surf Board) by Esperanza d'Ors if you’re interested. (I looked it up)

Not much luck with the vitamins then? Still you won’t have if you don’t take them, dearie me. Keep us abreast of your further experiments.
In this photo the beast has cut the shed in half with a circular saw and is now preparing the ground for the new centre section while I offer encouragement and jibes about his weight:
Photo Quiz:
A friend 3d printed this green box and supplied and installed the innards for me, but what is it for?
Clue: You screw something onto the chrome section.

Re: Been Through Some Tough times of Late
Man what a fucking year this has been for loss. First the top of my femur got lopped off & then those French fascists closed What CD as an act of revenge for brexit. What a shower of complete and utter bastards, I've been in mourning for weeks
Anyways I found myself at a crossroads in my life, those nosey Tory bastards want to be stopping into my browsing history. What a shower of complete and utter bastards. To that end I renewed my VPN subscription on a two year deal at an eye watering £59 due to brexit. What a shower of complete and utter bastards
as for the vitamins crown, I threw in a vitamin D/Calcium combo as I've been smitten by the black dog. Do they work? Fucked if I know, I barely remember to take them a couple of times a week
