27 miles on Friday. 2 days after the ablation and a dual chamber ICD implant. Cunt's told me not to cycle for a month, fuck that, I'm hard as nails.(breathing is still a struggle up hills
) 
Won't be meeting anyone for a leathering outside The Crystal Palace for a month though, don't want to pull the wires out my heart.
