Ya big girl's blouse

Stand by your convictions, don't change your avatar due to a little abuse.

I'm going cycling, have a nice day all.

Note to self: Do not cycle over power cables to mobile traffic lights, you will fall off and break your collar bone. Having broken said bone, do not think, if Tyler Hamilton can ride a mountain stage of the TDF with this injury, you can complete the last 35 miles of your ride on mainly flat roads. Tyler had access to the best pain killers money can buy, you had access to an Ainsley Harriott cereal bar. I nearly cried folks, but finished the ride.

Then when you go for an X-ray, don't nearly pass out when you stand, forcing the nurse to give you oxygen and wheel you about on a trolley, and be X-rayed on the trolley, cause you're such a blouse.

Hey ono, which pain killers are stronger please? :

Voltarol 50mg

or

Solpadol 30mg

6 weeks off the bike? Fuck that, I'm off to give Tyler a call. Very Happy

As you can see it's not as bad as the broken arm from last year (left picture), that was a shocker.

Pain killers are fucking rubbish by the way, good job I'm hard as nails, apart from the passing out incident at hosptal yesterday. Very Happy

Joking aside I'm sorry to hear about your misfortune. You're not very lucky with bikes are you? Have you considered an alternative mode of transport.....

Still look on the bright side. The break(geddit) will give you the opportunity to:

1. Watch the Tour de France in full and give us all a scintillating ball-by-ball commentary bounce

2. Sort this board out properly

3. Go on a recruitment drive for Stennymad by spamming Footymad mercilessly cheers

Ooh that looks sore mate, maybe you should take up a gentleman's sport like golf. The only likliehood of injury is being hit by the odd stray ball or breaking your leg whilst driving ...... apart from the stinking hangovers that is

Try some alcohol with that Solpadol and you'll probably sleep like a baby as well as counteracting the constipation caused by the codeine. It'll tell you on the box not to drink of course but that advice is for wooses Very Happy

Hope you're giving extra marks in the quiz feeling better soon Smile

Picture Update:

Well my left breast seems to have swollen to an extent to which I expect to be lactating by the end of the week. Very Happy

Sure I've broken my arm again as well, useless cunts didn't pick it up with the X-ray though.

On a brighter note. Cycled 50 miles this morning. Us cyclists really are the hardest sportsmen in the world. cheers
