got a pile of chicken breasts, half a dozen large yellow peppers, various hoibs and spices, and not a fuckin clue.
i spose i could dump them all in a piedish and cover with pastry.

See, the pie angle is always funny sev.

Slice the peppers and the chicken

Fry em up on a high heat with some onion and chilli

Wrap the whole in a tortilla - if ya got one - or a home made flat bread if ya don't

Add sour cream, coriander and a squeeza lime if ya got it

Fajitas! :o
