Continuing the Scottish theme set up by Der Sevmeister Shocked

A late-night mix of Rodders - or The Cockernee Jock - as he's probably never been referred to Very Happy

Although he could be unpredictable in up-tempo conditions; (cf Twistin the Night Away Shocked )Rodney always came on like a Rolls Royce on the ballads n' bloozers

Sound quality's a bit crap at the start of this first one :o but it's a cracker of a clip cheers

More ballad than bloozer this un - and a bit more tidied up

Still good for what ails ya tho...

(Q. Why don't they just echo that first "love ya... love ya... love ya...." and have Rodders sing em all manually??? Always bothered me that scratch )

You start out with good intentions... Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes

...get the Wed-Fri scoff set up

...sort out the quiz

...stick the washing on the clothes-horse

...well-earned relax with a coupla snifters and continuing work on the YouTube tidy-out.

Then WALLOP! Shocked

You're half-jaked, up to your ankles in roaches & fag-ash and contemplating posting a complete history of the genius that is JB :o

Y'know what's gone a bit Plumstead-processed, crass and tawdry?

No?

I'll tell ya

Sexiness :o

Beyonce Knowles may have a killer single in her grasp but she's not even remotely erotic -even half-dressed No (There- I've said it! Very Happy )

Real sexiness exists in the realm of the fully clothed

The way there's a beautifully curvy cinch suggested at the waist...

The way the light catches in the hair...

The face somewheres between the Rokeby Venus , the BVM and Sophia Loren

And the voice?...

...any day you don't hear it is a little poorer for it

Ain't that the truth Very Happy

I've been on the sauce since 11 this a.m. :o

I'm pretty pyshed drunken

Actually - there's nuthin pretty about it

I'm just pyshed drunken drunken

Day four in the Big Jakey hoose drunken drunken

Splendid repast this evening cheers

A cheeky wee Reims champers with entrees of toast circles with red pepper puree and Parma ham

A top-up of same to accompany the griddled quid salad with garlic and lemon dressing

A big breenger of a Cab Sauv/Carmenere with the main...

...herb-crusted rack of Lamb, spud&celeriac mash, and sprouts with bacon and shallot

Choccy pud with macerated strawberries and Jersey cream

Several "Sunday specials" to follow

(Rum, sugar syrup, lime juice, ice and water - like Oasis for adults Smile )

Copious bifterage

Sundays spread out all over the kitchen table

Life is sweet occasionally Smile

Detox tomorrow Sleep Sleep :rendeer:

Oh yeah...

...and a new (to me) favourite track EVER!...
