Been watching videos on making alcohol and found these two very informative:

While watching the above videos I picked up on the amount of alcohol he was drinking and thought he’s one step from being an alchey. Two years later he made this video and you can see he’s succumbed to alcohol. It was too uncomfortable to watch, really depressing:



This looks interesting, “freeze distillation”. Basically you freeze the water and extract the alcohol at a higher percentage, and it’s legal in the UK.
