Great protection against rogue lumps of iceberg that may have strayed into your path while you were swimming in the north sea just off Anstruther.

If you can cope with the two major "OOOOFT!!!! YA FUKKKKKAAAAHHH!!!!" moments - ie when the sea-water reaches bollock and short-rib level respectively....

...swimming in the sea is one of the great life experiences i reckon.
