Toots and I saw em on their first ever tour (can't remember the name of it
) at the SECC gig.
EIGHT ROWS from the front of the (fairly low) stage!!!
Just to make it even more sickening...
The tickets were supplied F.O.C. by the EMI rep who visited the wee indie record shop I worked in at the time
And his name was Billy Scally (a genuinely lovely fella - regardless of the freebie)
Aaaand he made me look like a back-slider in all things Timmish/Bewlay-baiting
Now... what track to play
