Just fell off the wagon, been trying to lose a bit of weight, so restricted my bread intake to two slices of wholemeal a day, which i,ve just just had with a poached egg, then i found a cinamon and raisin bagel in the cupboard, gentlemen, im ashamed to say i folded faster than superman on laundry day.
still, 4 pounds shed in the week and a half i,ve been back in work im not too down about.
