Don't ride 25C slick tyres with 120psi on icy roads, unless you are a supreme bike handler. I am not a supreme bike handler and nearly didn't make it home this morning. Of course I was wearing my helmet though, safety first.

Don't wear Ikon shoes in Aviemore, my neck and wrist still hurt a week later after going yeeha
