That's good stuff Licker. I've only lost a couple of kilos but aggravated an ankle last week so just did light training on Friday and abdominals today. Aim to lose half a stone over the next 2-3 weeks if poss. No Rich Teas!

If you stay off the beer you can control weight a lot more easily.
