What kind of films do you like? Are you only into colour? What about subtitles?

Thrillers and drama mainly Ono and no to subtitles just now. I was gonna buy Apocalypto for £8 but Mrs M said no
I thought colour would show the HD better

Re: Blu Ray Films
That was one film licker. Does your hangover make you prone to hyperbole?
Jimmy Mc- If you want to make the most of your blu-ray/HD you could maybe consider something like Planet Earth? That's brilliant in HD. Or March of the Penguins. Great film!

Re: Blu Ray Films
Some of them do die Jimmy, I'm only warning you in advance! I think Enchanted was a bit too emotional for licker, he truly is one of life's sensitive souls.

I traumatised my kids and nieces last week by letting them watch Marley & Me. How was I to know the feckin dug was going to die

I can't recall the other one, only Caché? Oh well. Didn't Ed Norton play a horrible racist, that's not offensive to you Jimbo?

He was a horrible racist Ono but saw the light. I don't think he's like that in real life. Russell Crowe also played a skinhead racist and TBH I'd believe it more of him. He is a bit of a drunken bawbag in reality

Re: Blu Ray Films
Ono, Licker is SOOOO much your bitch by the end of this thread that I'm betting you'll have him rolling over and walking to heel by sundown.
After that just drive him out to a remote country road and leave him there. You know it makes sense.

Re: Blu Ray Films
Funnily enough I couldn't facing watching BB, and also have a copy of the Jesse James movie for which I've never quite got myself into the mood to actually watch, James. Is it the Brad Pitt effect?

Re: Blu Ray Films
The Jessie James one is supposed to be a bit slow Mo, so I've never really bothered looking out for it. You could be right about Brad Pitt, after watching Troy I'm surprised I ever watched one of his films again
