Welcome Bokononians!!!

Post by Immo on Thu Jun 09, 2011 6:59 am

Cat's Cradle by Kurt V is the greatest novel under 200 pages available to mankind. Champion

There... I've said it. Laughing

Oh a sleeping drunkard Up in Central Park
Or the lion hunter In the jungle dark

Or the Chinese dentist Or the British Queen
They all fit together In the same machine

Nice, nice, very nice
Nice, nice, very nice
So many people in the same device

SPOILER ALERT!

Great book, but surely the number of pages would depend on the size of print, plus illustrations? Question

Heh heh... thought you might bite on this un Gee. Smile

Re-read it last night.

178 pages all told with no illustrations.

The only one that I've read with the illustrations intact is Breakfast of Champions.

Have you read Mother Night?

Immo, don't think I've read Mother Night: often can't remember what I've read and what I ain't. But I think I saw the film.

In other news, I discovered that Craig Whyte's castle up the top of Ben Chonzie today.

So it goes.
