Toots has taken a bit of a scunner to sea-bass.
Happens to the best of us.
Hadta to do a two-fer tonight.
Whole roast sea-bass with tarragon and garlic for me, tuna steak with garlic, black pepper, lemon and parsley for Toots.
Both served with buttered new spuds and a cruchy salad with a creamy beetroot dressing.
Toots loved it.
And I quote...
'Y'know that's really quite nice.'
