When I was in the institution school, we used to call overhead kicks "Bicycle Rossies", think it was down to Paolo Rossi, not sure he even scored any bicycle kicks though. scratch
Anyway, here's an article from the Guardian with some great videos of said goal style:

Though not a bicycle kick, my favourite is Zidane's goal from the edge of the penalty box for Madrid. The arc of his leg and the majesty of it all is pure poetry, utterly beautiful. It's the last goal in this vid, if you're too lazy to read the article:
