Jesus sev, one stone in two weeks? That's incredible, excellent work. You should post your regime in detail, it may help some of our portly (and balder) members to shift that excess.

Well done sev.

Perhaps the recent departure of the board's plumpest member (Mr Pixie Toes) should prompt you to refresh your repertoire, Crown.

Then some good will have come from what's becoming known in the messageboard lexicon as the Falkirk Flounce Very Happy

Immo's lost loads of weight, he's svelte as a racing snake. He said that when he met you on the other hand, were so fat you had two Poles to carry you in a sedan chair from the aisle to your seat. Pie eating fuckwit.

I like "Falkirk flounce" by the way.

Tsk Licker. Reverting to type so soon. You disappoint me.

Immo was so "big boned" they had to give him a seat at the end of the row. I couldn't actually see Toots as she was dwarfed beside him Very Happy

just cut out bread altogether,i ate a shitload every day. hardly touched the cider, tried running a bit and generally eating a lot less than usual, my missus works in the leisure centre and one of the fitness guys told her to tell me not to expect a lot more to go as quickly, apparently it,s mostly water and shit you get rid of.

Well done Sev.

Licker's fighting back the tears as he may have to adapt his lazy pie jibes. He doesn't like having to be original, too much hard work and a distraction from cycling "one handed".
