You're supposed to "stimulate" your perineum to heighten sexual arousal, not whack it with a fucking great hammer James.

Re: I Cycled 33 Miles Today
Anyway, after 10 days of drinking and eating too much I got back on the saddle tonight for a 19 mile run.
Total cunts are people with black Mercedes (hope you don't have one Mo as I seem to be getting on your wrong side recently ), bastards in 4x4 and lorries who give you fuck all space despite me cycling in the rubble at the side of the road. Worst of all I had to come home on the A96 as I ended too far out the road and some cunt overtook coming straight towards me. Never again

I share your hatred for people in 4x4s Jimmy. Half of them don't seem capable of actually driving either, apart from the fact they have the ugliest vehicles on the planet.

Especially cunts in Range Rovers mo!
Today I cycled to the capital of Ross-shire, a hilly 38 miles all told. The good news is that my arse held up fairly well, the bad is that my knees are fucked
To celebrate I'm going to watch the Hoops on my laptop tonight and get leathered on cheap beer and Russian Standard

What's the stream like for today's piss poor effort?
50 miles this morning, 15 of them in a 20 mp/h head wind, good workout though.

Fuck knows I was working, happy to grind out the points though. It looks like we're becoming more and more desperate for some cunt that can score

Re: I Cycled 33 Miles Today
Cycled to the fastest town in the north yesterday ....... Naaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaairn. You have to say it with an Inverness accent but its the joke that keeps going even after 40 years
Anyway thirty miles on the bike, it seemed easy going on the way out but a bit of a trek on the way back think that's because it was slightly uphill most of the way. Seemed to find a bit of rhythm yesterday, was actually in the zone but some cunt stopped me to ask directions
Stopped for a mug of tea and a coissant filled with bacon and cheese at Ashers, a bargain at £2.75 and fuckin delicious I have to say
Saw John Byrne on Nairn high st but I was too busy to stop and chat so I blanked him. See we have culture in the Highlands as well:lol:
Passed Station Park on my travels, stopped off to take a pic
On the way back stopped off to ake a photo of Culloden viaduct, this one's foryou crown the trainspotters on the board:cheers:
Last stop was at the very spot where the Butcher Cumberland parked his bike in 1746
and thought brought my whistlestop cultural tour of the Highlands to an end

Re: I Cycled 33 Miles Today
Photography tip, Jimmy: you haven't actually taken a photo of the very fine Culloden Viaduct. You have in fact taken a very boring shot of some rails to the foreground of it.
Composition Jimmy, composition!

Re: I Cycled 33 Miles Today
Nice review James.
Cycling's addictive isn't it? You'll be on a road bike this time next year.
Saddle should be level, you don't want it pointing down. Try moving it forwards or backwards on the rails to alleviate your sore arse. Buy some cycling shorts, they're padded and do make a difference.
Saddle height is important, you should be able to pedal without your hips rocking, if they are you have the saddle too high. Best way is to get a friend to cycle behind you and watch your hips, mo will volunteer for this, the filthy beast.
Point of order. You should never get off your bike on rides shorter than 100 miles, other than to have a piss. Stopping for food is for girls, take a cereal bar for each hour's cycling and eat while riding. You're forgiven as you ride a hybrid, but once you get a proper man's bike, no mercy.
Can't see any SDP-SLs on your steed yet James?

Careful how you answer this Jimmy. You may soon feel Crown's hand stroking your lycra and moving a little too close.

Re: I Cycled 33 Miles Today
I've had the padded shorts for a couple of months mate, they're doing no fucking good at all. I managed to cycle a few miles on Thursday after my run to Nairn, its the first time I've been able to do so next day after a long run. I'll take comfort over level seats any day
I'm waiting to see if I get the excess back on my car insurance crown, plus my size of shoe seems to be popular
